Digital Network Group's KP Scholars Program is a long-term mentoring and life development program that reverse engineers the career development process for youth at Title I schools, grades k-12. While operating nationwide, KP Scholars is especially geared to serve students in struggling urban schools. Our company provides after and before-school academic support in the areas of mathematics, reading, language arts and science through a virtual pipeline that integrates community resources available in both real and virtual communities. The KPS model incorporates the latest advancements in immersive education, social networking, and service integration to help struggling students recover both academically and socially to become the future leaders of tomorrow.
KP Scholars is certified as an SES provider in 14 states and over 200 school districts. Our tutoring sessions are offered online in a virtual classroom. Group sessions will be offered in computer labs at select schools and community sites.

Job Description
Primary Role:The Program Coordinator will coordinate group tutoring sessions that take place in public computer labs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent company at meetings with school districts and department of education
- Monitor group sessions and ensure orderly conduct of students
- Facilitate any technology issues
- Mentor and assist in the social and educational development of the students
Skills
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience
- Ability to manage groups of students (maximum 8 per session)
- Comfort working with computers and the internet
- Strong desire to improve the local community
