Job Description
Primary Role: The account representative will manage key relationships and delivery of our kinetic potential products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve customer acquisition targets
- Recruit and train community ambassadors and project coordinators
- Coordinate sales and marketing events
- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure the delivery of a high quality service
- Support operations by participating in contracting / invoicing processes
Skills
- Provide strong, forward thinking and collaborative leadership
- Have experience in customer acquisition, product sales and relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to motivate, excite, and build consensus within local community
- Familiarity with contracting/invoicing processes
- Experience with Web 2.0 and immersive education
- Ability to facilitate group meetings
